Why are left wing indians trying to spread the lie that indian are all criminals?

despite the fact that indians are the least criminal ethnicity, this person is purposefully spreading rare incidents like these and implying that it is commonplace.

in fact if you go through their post history it is literally only anti modi (which is fine) and anti india (which is not fine) propaganda.

why do these people spread racist lies? i have seen many similar accounts posting stuff like this as well. Famous case of Mahua Moitra agreeing with an actual white supremacist guy
