Indoraptor + self-destruct + tainted strike

I had a +4/+4 Indoraptor, the Perfect Hybrid on the board against 2 opponents. I played insult and tainted strike to double indoraptors damage and give him infect until end of turn. I swung at Opponent 1 with indoraptor and he responded with epharas dispersal. I responded to this with self-destruct. Self-destruct triggered indoraptors enrage ability and I targeted Opponent 2 with it at random. He sacrificed a creature, like indoraptors enrage ability says he could. Opponent 1 was tapped out. Does self-destruct deal infect damage to opponent 1 if I so choose?
