Getting less sweaty lobbies

Basically as the title says. Is there any reliable way to not have such sweaty lobbies? I’m ranked elite and am routinely placed in lobbies with unreals that are sweating so hard I’m surprised they’re not dropping their controller.

Tried playing with my wife since she recently got into ballistic, but the problem with those lobbies is the game assumes I’m more skilled than I am so ends up giving us all bronze teammates versus teams of diamonds and up so makes it impossible to play them too.

Been considering quitting because of this and I only just got into it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
