Elvanse question

Does anyone else feel fine and productive on elvanse while working but periods of time where you have nothing to do can be a little irritating because you can feel the effects of the drug more and it makes you feel a bit weird? As long as I have tasks to complete I am super focused and feel fine until that quiet time comes.
