Epilepsy or Migraine Disorder

Guys it’s actually soo annoying how similar symptoms of silent migraine and focal aware seizures are. Like how am I supposed to know which one it is? I get visual auras, both simple and complex. And occasionally derealization episodes with them. They usually last between 30 seconds and a few minutes and then that’s it. No other symptoms. Only once in my life have I had anything resembling a full migraine cycle. And I’ve been having these visual auras often times multiple times a day for 8 years. But every time I google it, I learn it’s probably just a really rare presentation of migraine activity. But it could also be focal aware seizures. I’m not looking for anyone to diagnose me. I’m just frustrated. I mean if anyone has experienced something like this definitely impart some words of wisdom but I know no one here is a doctor and I just need to go to a neurologist. I’m just venting.
