Guitar teachers - Midland or Cannington area

Hey y'all. I want to get back into playing guitar, I'm not a total noob and was able to learn songs from tabs but was one of those people who thought theory was for suckers in my younger years.

I have decided I want a teacher to guide me as self directed learning is not easy for me.

I live in Midland and work in Cannington so recommendations for some good teachers in either vicinity, who would be good with 'mature' aged students would be great!
