I’m scared to post this but

idk if I can post this or not..? but I am 14 years old .. and I have never ever touched my self and I always thought abt it but I was scared to do it because of it hurting or me doing it wrong and I did research abt m*sturbation and it says it’s healthy buttt I need advice from like a teen girl or even a young women it doesn’t matter ! but I need kinda some advice on how and when to do like do it..? hope it doesn’t make anyone uncomfortable!! 💗
