Ritalin IR

Trialling Ritalin after trying Dex & Vyvanse. I find Ritalin works better cognitively, but it gives me such a tight/uncomfortable chest? I make sure to hydrate, eat around the dosing & it doesn’t really make a difference. I wanted to make the switch cause I thought Ritalin was the more gentle of the two classes of stimulants, but I am finding I had less physical side effects on dex!
