Severe Nausea

Hey, so i had a migraine attack two weeks ago, and i noticed that the trigger point stems from the back of my neck (base of skull) and upper shoulders, and when i move my head, i can hear grinding sounds. usually when i put pressure on my shoulder, i can feel it radiate to my head.

however, since that migraine attack 2 weeks ago, i have not been feeling ‘normal’. at night, i get dizzy and the nausea i experience throughout the day is annoying. whenever i eat, i feel sick to the point where i am having to throw up after.

I have been feeling so dizzy and weak today and my ears feel full? almost like im on a flight😭right now it feels like i can hear my heart beat in me own head.

has anyone experienced anything similar?
