My UI suddenly disappeared

i just hopped in to the modding community just yesterday and was trying to add some mods to my game and it seemed to turn off my ui somehow. I've troubleshooted to the best of my abilities but to no avail.

This is the current modpack i've done, tbh its just mix and match of the top downloads of artifacts items and characters and only like 2 mods for ui and such

and this one is for the modpack ive played yesterday, it still worked fine yesterday when we were playing with my friend and when I tried to add more mods, the ui suddenly disappeared so I went back to the previous state of my modpack before I added the new stuff and the ui is still gone somehow.

still cant see the UI of any sort, any fix for this? or something I did wrong, but pretty sure r2modman is a pretty straightforward mod manager and very less likely for me to fail to understand it but might have some mod settings or configs that I didnt read (I dont read them lol)
