Torque test

4 months post extraction/ implant and had my torque test today. I quite literally freaked out over the pressure and feeling. I have severe dental anxiety - getting my tooth extracted was a very stressful time but once it was gone I’ve been healing great. Xray looked great , sound test was great. Doctor would not sign off to move forward because I could not complete the torque due to my panic and how I was reacting. I go back in 2 weeks . I need to get it the eff together so I can move forward and get my crown done. The discomfort/ pressure and not being in control was very hard especially because I have such mental trauma already . Any tips for getting through this? Anyone else have such bad pressure . It’s #9 so right in the front .
