My Minecraft isn’t using my GPU

I’ve just tried to load into a friends realm and noticed my fps is stuck below 15 and always lagging, I have an rtx 4060, ryzen 7 5700x and 32gb of ram. I’m starting to think Minecraft isn’t using my graphics card as when I try to load into the server an check my task manager it is using 4% of my gpu, just asking whether anyone has any solution to fix this and utilise my GPU
