Traditional breast surgery or lipo transfer?

MtF 18 here! I recently got a date to talk with a very known and trusted surgeon in my country because I was looking for breast augment surgery and he told me they were two options:
Traditional breast augmentation surgery (you know the deal)

And lipo transfer breast augmentation surgery, in which basically they lipo undesired fat from other areas and put it on the breasts

I was thinking Lipo Transfer but I'm a bit afraid about re-absorption or my body rejecting the fat

Do y'all think I should go trad or lipo??
