Ladies…the girls…

I’m having surgery in a couple of weeks. Bone spur shaving and 15 mm tear repair.

I get that for a couple weeks I need to wear something strapless. But…support is my friend…

When can I expect to go back to a regular bra? My husband can help with the hooks. I’m worried about the strap pressure on my shoulders.

I run a public-facing non prof and I have to start going back to events, etc 2-3 weeks after the surgery.

Anyone have experiences you care to share?
