Having sway at work is a beautiful thing

I have an incompetent coworker who tried to throw me under the bus and has tried unsuccessfully to lie about me.

I met with my boss and he agreed with me that the coworker is in the wrong and that he wanted my advice on how to handle him.

This is what it’s like to have a boss who supports and values you. It does exist.
