can i stop with the gauze if it’s been over 48 hours

I’m so sick of the gauze but I still get some blood form the bottom right extraction, it’s been over 48 hours since my surgery I’m tired of the gauze and don’t want to use it anymore.

Also is it safe to start the salt rinses if there’s still a little red blood coming from one of the extractions
