Best country to move to from the USA?

So I’m a pre t trans guy in the us and I was wondering which country is the best to move to for gender affirming care and a career. I graduate with my bs in environmental science this spring and was looking to leave. I’d like to move to a country where I could work in my field and/or get a masters there. I’m getting a lot of mixed answers about where to go. I’m willing to relocate about anywhere and language isn’t a problem for me. I don’t mind learning the local language. I do speak some Spanish and mandarin but only at a conversational level. Im not sure if that means anything. I’ve looked up a decent amount of countries including: Spain, Germany, Thailand, Taiwan, the Netherlands, China (they have a decent amount of energy related jobs but lack in LGBTQ), Uruguay, and Argentina.
