Should I go through with gifting my friend a guardian bell?

i tried asking about this earlier but my post did NOT sit well with some of you guys, so i will try to rephrase and give some more backstory. i bought my ‘friend’ a guardian bell for her birthday. we currently aren’t speaking, and no, i’m not some obsessive ex. we’re both female and have known each other since we were kids. we were inseparable a few years ago but unfortunately things went south when i lent her a chunk of change and she took it and ran. i haven’t reached out because i’m hurt by the situation, and she hasn’t reached out because i’m guessing she’s scared/doesn’t want to cough up the money. she bought her motorcycle after we stopped talking, and i’m honestly worried about her riding. i want to gift her a guardian bell to let her know i still care, but i plan to just set it on her doorstep to avoid opening a can of worms. i don’t want to speak to her, but i just want her to know that i would like her to be safe and i really do wish her the best despite everything. we have always gifted each other things like dreamcatchers and crystals, so a guardian bell isn’t too sentimental or off-brand for us. should i go through with it or am i better off returning the bell?
