Need tips

I’m a new driver and my instructor plus parents noticed I lack confidence when driving, along with being very jerky and inconsistent since I get really nervous to hit another car or the curb. I also have a strange problem with oversteering it when I get anxiety turning so I would like videos or anything to help me be better. I find it hard to drive because I feel it’s difficult to multitask when considering the mirrors, signaling, and selecting gears.
