Any woodworking focused architecture or building tours in Japan?

I’m traveling to Tokyo, Osaka, Nikko, and Kyoto this month. I’ve read about the Takenaka museum, which I will go to. But are there any buildings or architecture tours I should check out that highlight or focus on Japanese carpentry?
