I don't know if I have phimosis, or if I need to do anything about it

Ok, so I'm a 25 year old guy. My foreskin is a bit tight when I'm soft. It's maybe a little sore to retract, but it doesn't cause me any problems. Thing is, when I'm hard, it is quite a bit more painful, even though I can do it. I have been worried in the past that it might get stuck just while I'm erect, but it's never been a problem.

I'm not a big fan of the idea of body modifications, unless absolutely necessary. And, honestly I love having a foreskin. I'd never get rid of it.
