Kumamoto International School

Hi, i recently received email from KIS principal about an Zoom meeting interview because i am applying as PE and Health Teacher but i currently live and teach in a private school here in the Philippines as MAPEH Teacher (Music, Art, PE and Health) but the principal hasn't replied yet to me if he's available today 8pm (PH time) I really would like to go and teach in Japan. Is this school sponsoring ticket flights and working visa? and is the salary enough to live there? because i think its much more than what i am receiving now here in the Philippines.
