Do yall really finish the prep?

I’ve heard people say they don’t drink the 4L fully and are still fine lol. What’s everyone’s experience with the prep?? I have my first colonoscopy/ endoscopy on Monday and I’m lowkey freaking out cuz I have chronic nausea and vomitting and super bad health anxiety…..
