Suggestions for Monitors

Looking to buy a monitor for my job in KL, does anyone have recommendations? Links would be appreciated 🙌🏾

Preferably 22inch and I'm looking for within the budget of RM 200 - 250

Can be second-hand as long as its still in good condition
