How do I end FWB

I (F30) have had a FWB (M30) for two years. Lines and boundaries were blurred and we started spending time together once a week, getting food, talking, sharing intimate details about our lives. We spent our birthdays together. He asked to have a baby. Suddenly I didn’t hear from him for 6 weeks. Next time he came over he had his phone open and I saw a dating app. I made a fake profile for that app and found him. He matched me and even tried to message me three times since. I know he doesn’t owe me anything and there’s no commitment here. However, I’m struggling with how to go about ending it. When I’ve blocked him in the past he’s showed up at my home. There’s been other red flags like him showing up unannounced, calling repeatedly when I do not answer, driving past my home. Do I send him a message to say I’m no longer interested? How do I end this?
