[ROOM WANTED] Looking for a place in Northend, as close to the North Station as possible, around 2500 USD/month

Hey everyone!
I am a student about to pursue a co-op in Lawrence, so I want to live as close to the North Station as possible. I am looking to ideally get a place for January - June/August, ideally furnished and inside a decent building complex instead of a condo/townhouse situation.
