cleo question

i’m singing up for cleo, i’ve inputted my bank account, and it says i’m eligible for an advance but i have to sign up for cleo plus. if i sign up for cleo plus, is there a chance they are lying about being eligible? or will i definitely get an advance if i sign for cleo plus (and they said i was eligible in the pre-sign up)
