23m pretty depressed and need a kind voice

I'm not really doing the best atm, I've had a pretty up and down day and just feel really, really lonely and depressed at the moment. I don't really have any friends to talk to, so I guess that's why I'm reaching out here. I don't really know how to introduce myself or anything, I'm just super depressed and really could use a kind voice atm :(
