Vicissitude attempts gone somewhat wrong

Trying really hard not to panic but I need help!!! My sire recently taught me how to do this thing called vicissitude where you shape your own flesh, and it’s super cool and I’ve been having a ton of fun — but I got it stuck that way, and don’t know how to change it back! I don’t recognize myself in the mirror anymore and I’m afraid I’ll never look like myself again… I’m using photo reference to try and change back but I’m not good enough to get it exact and it’s just an uncanny valley of a person who doesn’t look like me anymore… someone please help!
