Is it possible to train a submissive to do better at life?
Hi, I'm a 21-year-old submissive from the uk (and kind of a brat), and I've been thinking a lot about how my submissive side overlaps with well... just being a functioning adult.
In theory, can a submissive be 'trained' to be better at life in general? I'm talking about things like staying on top of chores, keeping up with friends, having hobbies, basically not feeling so lost all the time. I want to be better and learn how to function more smoothly, but I often feel clueless and like I need someone to guide me.
It doesn't help that I'm bratty and a bit resistant by nature, but honestly, if it helped me grow, I'd let my Dom train me however he thought best. My boyfriend is wonderful, but he's also figuring life out too, and I sometimes feel guilty that I'm not helping him more. It's like a need direction before I can get going.
I fantasise about being owned, having structure, being told what to do. I'd love to eventually be that organised, 'trad wife' type who runs the home smoothly and makes her Dom proud. But right now, it feels like I'm too disorganised to even get there.
So my questions are:
-Is it possible for a submissive to be "trained" into being better at life, not just sexually, but practically and emotionally?
-Are there people out there who really feel on top of things, or is it normal at 21 to just be behind and still figuring it out? And are there doms out there who can take care of a submissive on top of all that? (maybe my boyfriend can get there at some point)
-How do you find that balance between being submissive and still taking initiative for your own growth when for me personally I really rely on being guided?
Any insights from Doms or other subs who've gone through this, any advice is appreciated.
