Chicken on my porch

Just got home and there is a chicken on my porch. Unexpected. I think it might be stuck in between the bars of my railing, but it doesn't appear to be in any distress. I checked with the neighbors, but no dice. The only one I didn’t approach is of course the ‘multiple no trespassing signs everywhere’ neighbor. Any ideas? I called King County Animal Control, but they seem to have closed up shop for the evening. Any ideas?
