Second thoughts after purchase, what do we do?

Hi, my fiancee and I attended a presentation today and initially brought in because we thought a more conservative package would fit our budget and we are regular Hilton customers. The people doing documentation forgot to send us some stuff and as we were prepping to sign it, it took us down a rabbit hole and now we are getting second thoughts.

What options do we have? We still have 2 more days at the initial property that our presentation was booked on. Do we just talk to the HGV staff on the property?
