How soon can one earn a flaw? (TOW2)

Does anyone know if some flaws can be earned before respec/end of prologue (foot-in-the-mouth, bad knees, drug addiction, etc)? I have the premium edition of the game and earned consumerism right after respec, so is that when you can actually start to earn flaws? I’ve restarted like 3 times by now and remember being offered foot-in-the-mouth very early during one run (just can’t remember how early — definitely before level 5). Trying to trigger it again is making me wish I hadn’t given up that save file 🫠
