I don’t even get excited getting an interview anymore

Because it leads nowhere. I’m three rounds in and waiting to hear back for possible fourth round but it’s crickets. It’s been 3 days but I swore one of the ladies said by Monday I’d hear an update about the next steps. I just have PTSD from being ghosted so much and evening questioning if these jobs are even real.
