AIO boss texted me while I was on a trip to ask if I knew where to find something

For starters I do have anxiety and have really been working hard to overcome it.

I am on an out-of-country vacation and boss texted me with an apology preface for bothering me but then asking if I knew where a document was.

I know his request may seem trivial but it opened up a can of worms in my mind. I work in law, and it’s the type of document that needs to be ordered ahead of time. It wasn’t necessarily my job to order this document, but I know that no one ordered it and I started to ruminate about it.

I feel like it is disrespectful for him to bother me on my trip for something that, yes, could be easily solved but at the same time disturbed my no-work vacation peace. AIO?
