24 Condensation Inside of Hatch window?

I have a 24 Mazda 3 Hatchback. I've noticed when I take it out I get condensation in the inside of the window for the rear hatchback but no where else and only when I park it on the street.

I park it in an underground garage under my apartment building so it it just a simple fact of hot interior + cold outside? If it's that why it's weird it's just the rear hatch.

Is there maybe something wrong on the seal around the rear window?

I'm hoping yall can help me narrow down what could be happening so that I know A) if I should take it in and B) if i take it in what I should ask them to look at.
