So, how impactful is The Dahlia for Rappa?

I'll be pulling on Hyacine this time around, on a 50-50. There's just too much that I can benefit by getting this healer that I skipped because I wanted to get Saber. If I lose though, then I can go for The Dahlia.

I'm really bummed that for how strong Rappa was before Amphoreus, I barely get to play her nowadays, despite her being the only OG character in this game I pulled for character>meta.

But I also want to quit this game. If The Dahlia doesn't do much and I don't miss out much then I'm quitting.
