What are the realistic chances of (Born Again Spoiler) coming back next season?

I think it been long enough since BA S1 to ask: What are the chances Foggy actually coming back next season? I'm aware in the comics he faked his death, and there are a couple easter eggs referencing this comic in BA S1, and as well as the cast isn't denying the fact he may come back. Not to mention how crucial of character he is in Matt's life both in the comics and the show. But on the other hand the amount of time in between his death and S2 would awkward to bring back a character of that much importance. I also heard that one of the writers/directors didn't think Foggy was a very important character (I beg to differ). The evidence sort of goes both ways and I don't what to believe. (I would like to think that he is very much alive but that might not be very realistic)
