when do you unlock multiplayer katamariball?

I've been playing once upon a katamari for a little bit and I really like it!!! But I'm confused when you unlock online katamariball. I've played the singleplayer style level in the frontier and jurassic zones so I figure I should have it in my ship by now but it hasnt shown up. Am I getting close?
