Randomly freezing

My hp Victus 15 which I got around a month ago randomly freezes completely during completely random times, it actually freezes more when NOT under heavy load such as gaming or rendering. For example I was watching Youtube and tried to adjust the volume slider as the entire screen froze for a few seconds and after a few seconds the slider jumped as if the entire device lagged, so I don't think it's a screen issue.

Specs are: 16gb of ram, 3tb storage, Nvidia RTX 5060, intel core i7 13th gen.

So it's a beast of a laptop handling some really tough tasks but it randomly freezes for no reason whatsoever. I do check task manager and resource manager to see if something is using ram or cpu, but my cpu is always sitting at below 20 percent with ram sitting at around 50-60 percent which is mostly windows' bs running in the background.
