Does anyone else feel like every day is the same, like you have too much conscience and can't live the same as everyone else?

Lately I feel like my life is monotonous as if I couldn't do anything productive (and it's not that I'm lazy) but I feel like my life suddenly became dull as if I were already an NPC.
