Just got a new security camera installed and trying to figure out what these lights coming from the vehicle are

Hello, the flashes happen just as it starts to pass the rear of the truck in the video, they don’t seem like reflections because they only show up on my camera that catches IR I attached both camera angles.

I believe it was a Chrysler town and country. So it could be a rain sensor? But I’ve never seen them this bright from any vehicle?
