Kyleena to Copper IUD

What was your experience? I've been on hormones since I was a teenager (29 now, went from lo loestrin to the IUD) and I'm switching to slowly regulate for family planning in a year. I've only recently started getting acne and I have read a few things online that a 3 year old Kyleena can do that? My periods were pretty heavy before I started BC so I'm prepared for that already
