reply to thank you email

I got a reply to my thank you email for an interview and the interviewer said nice to meet you and good luck with all your other interviews! This school is my top choice but im OOS so im not sure if im gonna get in, and i know that i might be reading into it too much but just wanted to know your thoughts!
