Battery Issue / Return

I've had a battery issue of not charging and gone through all the recommended steps but still isn't charging. I was able to do the update. Going through Ledger website I submitted a replacement request. Has anyone done this before? I am frustrated my device is having battery issues, the last time I charged and updated was 5/31.
