Transfer of RDO for pre-employment reqs

Hi, tanong ko lang po if nagpapa transfer po ng RDO need ba talaga may Valid ID na may updated address ng residence? Taga Bulacan me and need transfer yung TIN ko to Taguig kase don workplace ko.

Hiningan ako Valid ID tho binigay ko National ID ko. Sabi pede daw mag attach ng brgy clearance. Kaso anong dapat nakalagay na address doon? Yung current ba or updated address of residence?

I'm a fresh grad here dont know what to do. Salamat po.
