Need help finding a tree

Hello All!

I want to decorate my room, but I need to find a 6.5 to 7 foot tree that is slim or even pencil, that is flocked but unlit. Would it be easier to find one in person at the store? Every time I search online all of the flocked trees that are 6.5-7 feet tall are pre-lit. I am particular about the lights and details I want and I want the tree to be usable for years.

There's a Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc all near me so if I had to go in it wouldn't be an issue. I hope not to have to spend more than $200, but I can go up to $300 if necessary.
