Access Corrections from Australia (IDDOC)

Hi everyone, I was using Jpay for messaging and it’s since changed over to getting out which was annoying to change over to because of needing a US number. That’s been sorted and to send any money to an inmate to be able to reply via GO (there’s no pre paid reply option in GO- WTF?) I need to use AC to send the money there. It’s a headache. I have managed to use the same virtual US number for GO in my AC account + set up a virtual US address and am using USUNLOCKED for the virtual card to be able to send money…except it keeps saying payment failed every single time. I can see it pending in the usunlocked transactions on my end, but they just keep declining. Does anyone know why- or HOW from Australia are you sending commissary to those using accesscorrections? I have seen states card, but they’re not accepting new customers right now - does anyone use this one and does it work?

Any help from others outside of US is appreciated as I’m willing to try everything right now.
