Vulva blood blister or vein?

I have had this purplish blood blister type bump on my vulva for a few months, it use to be a blot type dot and then turned into a bump looks like it’s filled with blood. I noted today I am getting similar ones on the other side of my vulva. After doing research I found it may be veins? I am not sure. I sit all day for work. I’m fairly healthy no health issue or existing concerns. I am a bit overweight but really active. I am 5’6 175 pounds. These bumps don’t hurt at all in anyway. I did get an abortion 10 months ago.
