Question about points

A 7brew opened up last summer by me and each time I would go through the drive through I would give my number to accumulate points. Before, I was able to see all of my rewards. I haven’t been in 2 months or so and tonight I went to see how many points I have but I was prompted to make an account with my email and number and now it is showing 0 points with no history of me ever going there

Wondering if this has happened with anyone else?
